Admission and Passes --- All individuals camping must pay admission fees. Fees are to paid upon submitting this application. Day passes for each person camping will be sent to you prior to start of the fair. If you are planning on staying the week we offer a Season’s Pass good for admittance for one person for the entire 10 days. See pricing below. Vendors/Concessions admission is explained in your contract and is not included on the camping form. Livestock Exhibitors admission is not included on camping form.

Reservations --- You will receive a reservation packet containing site information and passes for admission two weeks prior to start of the fair based on the information provided. The fair reserves the right to determine final site location due to availability. Please include the site number you currently occupy, as some requested sites may be reserved by the person currently occupying them. Available sites are given on a first come first serve basis.
