Bring your friends, challenge your neighbors, and be part of the first-ever Drag Race Your Neighbor at the Skowhegan State Fair!
Open to cars and trucks, competitors will line up side-by-side and race for bragging rights in front of a packed grandstand crowd.
Whether you’re racing or cheering from the stands, expect an evening filled with excitement, horsepower, and fair-time fun as this brand-new event makes its debut at the Skowhegan State Fair.
Registration Fees
Pre-Registration Fee of $15.00 per vehicle
(Entry must be IN and PAID by 4:00 pm at the fair office by Sunday 8/16

A cash prize and trophy will be awarded to the Winner of each class and the KING OF THE DRAG Winner.

Rules
- Races will be following a double-elimination format
- Winners of each class will have a chance to enter the “King of The Drags” Race.
- Drivers must be 18 years of age.
- No Passengers.
- Seat Belts and Helmets Required.
- All vehicles must be street legal. Including Registration, Inspection Sticker & Insurance. No Dealer Plates.
- Pre-Registration is required. Registration ends at 4pm the day of the Race.
- Any driver not obeying the rules will be disqualified along with their vehicles.
- All rules and regulations must be observed.
- Registration fee does not include gate admission — everyone must pay gate admission.
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances allowed in the pit/track area; drivers suspected to be under the influence will be disqualified along with their vehicles.
- Track operators or promoters reserve the right to approve or reject any and all entries.
